Yes, we accept commercial inquiries — offices, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects. Scope and feasibility are confirmed after we review the drawings and requirements.

No. Our visualizations are illustrative presentations built from the drawings you supply. They are not construction documents, surveys or engineering drawings.

Yes. Within each project we configure a curated set of options — for example wall colors, flooring, exterior cladding, door and window finishes and selected furniture styles — that can be switched in real time. The options are agreed during scoping. On-screen colors are approximate, so confirm final choices with physical samples.

Our demonstration runs in modern mobile browsers with touch controls, and it automatically reduces graphics settings on smaller devices. Performance depends on the device, so we agree target devices for each project. Where 3D is not available, a static preview is shown instead.

Yes. Interactive presentations are browser-based and shared by link, so your architect, builder or family can open them without installing software. Access arrangements are agreed for each project.

No. The morning, afternoon, golden hour and night modes are illustrative lighting previews. A physically accurate solar study needs site orientation, location data and validation, and would be scoped separately.

Floor plans are the essential starting point. Elevations, sections, key dimensions, material specifications, reference images and furniture references all help us reduce assumptions. You can upload PDF, JPG and PNG files, and CAD files (DWG, DXF) for review, with your quotation request or project application.

Uploaded files are shared only with authorized ASTRA DWELL team members and are never published through public links. See the privacy policy for retention details, or contact customer care to request deletion.

Pricing depends on scope: the size and complexity of the property, how many rooms are modeled and furnished, the interactive features and customization options required, and the timeline. We do not publish fixed prices — we prepare a tailored quotation after reviewing your drawings and requirements.

If you are ready to discuss an engagement, use the Start Your Project application to share your requirements and drawings. If you mainly want to understand cost first, request a quotation instead. An application is reviewed by our team; it is not a confirmed project.

You receive a reference number straight away. Our team reviews your drawings and requirements, may contact you to clarify scope, and then prepares a quotation. Work starts only after you approve the quotation — a submission on its own is not a confirmed project.

It depends on scope and the completeness of the drawings. Timelines are agreed in each quotation rather than promised in advance.
