These terms apply to your use of the ASTRA DWELL website, including the interactive 3D demonstrations, the ASTRA DWELL Assistant and the forms. By using the website you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

1. Who can use the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Information on the website

Descriptions of our services, processes and demonstrations are general information. The scope, price, deliverables, timeline and usage rights of any project are set only in a written quotation or agreement.

3. Inquiries, quotation requests and applications

Sending an inquiry, quotation request, project application or support request does not create a contract and does not commit either party. We may ask for more information or decline a request. A project starts only when both parties accept a written quotation or agreement.

4. Visualizations are illustrative

Our interactive study, Maquette 01, is an abstract architectural study created by ASTRA DWELL, not a client project. Our visualizations — including models, material options and lighting previews — are illustrative presentations. They are not construction documents, surveys, engineering drawings or physically validated daylight studies, and they must not be relied on for construction, permits, structural or legal decisions. Always confirm design and technical matters with licensed professionals.

5. Your files and content

  • You keep ownership of the drawings, images and information you send us.
  • You confirm that you have the right to share them, and that sharing them does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You allow us to use them to evaluate your request and, if agreed, to deliver your project. We do not publish your files or project work without your permission.

6. Our content

The website, its design, text, 3D models, renders and software belong to ASTRA DWELL or its licensors. You may view and use the website for your own evaluation. Please do not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify or reuse its content without our written permission. Rights to project deliverables are set out in the relevant agreement.

7. Acceptable use

When using the website, please do not:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • upload malware or content you are not entitled to share;
  • try to disrupt the website, bypass its security or access areas you are not authorized to use;
  • send spam or automated submissions, or collect data from the website by automated means;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with any organization.

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

8. The ASTRA DWELL Assistant

The assistant is automated and answers from information we have reviewed. Its answers are general information and may be incomplete. It cannot provide quotations, guarantees or commitments; for anything important, contact our team.

9. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn profiles or externally hosted demonstrations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that the 3D experience will run on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we make no other promises about the website.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASTRA DWELL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibilities for a project are set out in the agreement for that project.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ASTRA DWELL is based, and disputes will be handled by the courts there. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law where you live gives you.
