Refund and Cancellation Policy

ASTRA DWELL creates custom architectural visualizations: 3D models, interactive walkthroughs, films and property websites made for each project. This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work. The written quotation you accept for your project sets the exact fees, payment schedule and number of revisions, and it takes precedence over this page where they differ.

1. Nothing is charged for enquiries

Enquiries, consultation calls and quotations are free. You pay only after you accept a written quotation.

2. Payments

The quotation lists the price, any advance payment and the milestones at which the rest is due. Work starts once the advance (if any) is received. All amounts are shown in the quotation, including any taxes.

3. If you cancel

• Before work starts: any advance you paid is refunded in full.
• After work has started: you pay for the work completed up to the date you tell us in writing; any amount you paid beyond that is refunded. We send you a short statement of the work done.
• Delivered work: once a milestone or the final work has been delivered and accepted, its payment is not refundable, because the work is made to order.

4. Revisions and corrections

Each quotation includes a stated number of revision rounds. If something we deliver does not match the agreed drawings or brief, we fix it at no extra cost. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.

5. If we cannot deliver

If we cancel a project, or cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the payments for the work not delivered.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the account the payment came from, within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed, unless we agree another method with you in writing.

7. Questions or disputes
